Prog. notes: This piece was composed for an oboe and electronics. The electronic sounds are delivered for 4 channels(FL,FR,RL,RR) from the audio interface and the mixer. Oboe sound should go directly to the front speakers through the mixer and also go to the interface. The electronic parts were composed and designed both with the recorded sounds and with the generative program. The musical time proceeds along the basic musical ensemble between the oboe player and the computer part. The computer is operated by the composer during the performance in order to follow the play in real-time.Kaimakli is an ancient underground city in the central Anatolia region in Turkey. The caves are said to be built by the Phrygians in the 8th- 7th centuries B.C. The electronic sounds sometimes come from the deep tunnels. Inside the cave we can find the space for kitchen, bath, school as well as chapel.
