Prog. notes: in Ling Ta (2010) is composed for Shanghai ShuoChang performer (A Rap-style traditional shanghai stand-up comedy), Violin and Interactive electronic music. The idea of this work comes from the rhythm & rhyme, as well as the unique sounds of tongue twisters of Shanghai ShuoChang. In this work, Violin plays a diverse range of roles – a metaphor for roles in Shanghai ShuoChang, and the interactive electronic music part strengthen and prolong the sounds, the gestures and the role of performers.
作品的灵感来源于上海说唱中独特的节奏韵律及绕口令所带来的特殊声音音响。在作品中，小提琴扮演着多重角色——似乎隐喻着传统上海滑稽戏中的角色扮演，而交互式电子音乐则是对演员声音音响、动作和角色的强化和延伸。
