This film was made as PR film of kansai electric company with no naration at all but with only images and sound: music. music consists of both music concrete sound and the instrumental composition played by chamber orchestra. The portion of music concrete was made at the recording studio of the nichiei shinsha for almost 20 days, in which all possible technique of tape manipulation at that time are used with metamorphosed sound of concret sounds, 'collage' of the readymade music, sound of sonor, the steam whistle at the queen mary and some electronic sound, etc .. The portion of chamber orchestra is composed through twelve-cone technique which is rare among my compositions. [Liner notes, CD]
