Paradisiers (Birds of Paradise) are so called, not because of their magnificent and colourful appearance, but because at one time they were thought to be the birds of the gods; they never sit upon the earth or any other thing, being born in Paradise. They were said to always fly, they would never touch the ground. Today we may find those rarely being observed birds in Java and Malay and New Guinea. But we may also see those beautiful birds alive in the depth of our Consciousness. Listen ! In silence we hear the song of our heart.
