Prog. notes: This composition is inspired by The Wheat Field, a poem written by famous Chinese poet Haizi in 1980s. While reading it,I realized the huge difference between living in my hometown and in France. Furthermore, I started to consider the variance of my two independent personalities, and wonder whether I would lost my ego out of my fear of yearning for home. Describing the progress of getting lost in musical language, musicians reveal the original personality; electronic music part represent a stronger but more detached one.
This composition is a part of a project about Thierry de May’s Light Music.
